I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imgination but i'll try and help anyway.

Try going into your file viewer and navigate to were that image is stored, in your case:
http://crazydesign.x10hosting.com/forums/style_images/1/logo4.gif
and replace that image with an image of your choosing.

Or go into the source code (i'm getting really vague here) and delete the code for that image.
It will appear as somthing similar to:
<img src='style_images/1/logo4.gif' alt='Powered by Invision Power Board' border="0" />
Be careful though.

try skins>html>then check the header ;)
i remember editing it like that....dont remember the path to the header html but if u post the code we can help ya;)
