Resolved IO Issue - Website is working, repetitively stops responding for a bit.

Hello.

I am using wordpress for my site.

I am aware some of you claim its insecurity but I am no beginner behind security and have custom security measures being put in place.


I do have an issue where my site keeps freezing and not loading the admin or web page.

This is NOT wordpress related because I have tested other systems, CMS, and even added my own html.

Is this a dns issue? If so can you help with this.

Otherwise I need this fixed from the source.

I am attempting to run my marketing agency.

Can I be moved to paid hosting so I can at least get my profit to start coming in so I can pay for the hosting. I moved to this host because covid 19 took down my paid host. I cant even pay my next phone bill. :/
