Ioncube

I have the intermediate php and was wondering if ioncube is included with that version and if so how do I get installed. I have a folder ioncube in my directory but the files that need it will not work because it says its not installed. Is there somewhere I need to enable it?

It is not installed.
I have asked a administrator and he will ask Corey for approval and then install it.

Update: It has been installed.
