Ioncube

Yesterday I ask about having Ioncube installed. I was told that Cory had installed it for me.
Heres my problems/questions

When I go to upload anything that needs it I get a blank page.

If I try to go to justgaming.pcriot.com/ioncube/ioncube-loader-helper.php I get a blank page.

What am I doing wrong?

Can I reinstall it?

In what I read the php.ini file needs to be modified but i cannot find it so I guess that is something x10 must do. Has this been done?

I am getting a 404 error when i use that url. That tells me the page it's calling to does not exist.

I have it the main www directory and in its own directory ioncube.I also have the 2nd file need in both spots. All I get is a blank page on either one. I don't get a 404 error or any other for that matter.I have tried IE and firefox.

Is there any other test or something I can do?

I have tried it on a couple different computers also.Same results.
