This is a warning to everyone else, cause I have to start all over again now.
When you update to 4.0 and jailbreak: DO NOT USE APTBACKUP OR ANYTHING ELSE TO RESTORE CYDIA APPS. Not all apps are compatible, and it really screws stuff up. It will be much more worth it to just download the apps again.. And reference them from this list of apps (confirmed working, partially working, or NOT working)
