IP address banned from forum

The IP address of my computer is banned from the forum. Why is it so? Have I done anything wrong? I will PM the IP Address if you want.0

If your ip was banned from the forum How did you create your post ?
did you access the forum by some other device or ip address?

Yes, I used another device to post this. But it seems that the error has gone now. I am writing this post from the device that was banned.
