IP adress, A-record

I use a registred domain (mydomain.ru)

I set the A record to point to the server IP adress mentioned on the AMP. I can access on the cPanel and ftp, I change the index.html but when I will access to the site, I can't access to the new index page but the default index (cPanel® /Great Success !Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server...).

I wanna use not x10 ns servers. how to do that?

yeah... i get wrong ip. now use ip from c-panel.
it work.
