IP blacklisted on directadmin

My IP has been blacklisted on the DirectAdmin page and not the x10 login page. Any reason as to why that happened? My forum name should be the same as my x10 account.

ip blacklisting can be for any reason,
some examples include to many email requests, suspicious requests or failed logons.
only staff can tell you exactly why. and only staff can remove the block.

My ip is still blacklisted and I'm unable to login and change my websites. Any updates on this? I am on the x15 server.
