Resolved IP Blacklisted

I accidentally had my browser on an auto-refresh and I think it caused these multiple failed login attempts. I've attempted to follow the instructions, but I've not been successful in logging in. Please advise how I can remove my IP from the blacklist; thank you.

I don't see any blocks on your account at the moment. Make sure you are using the correct credentials and do you have any error codes showing up.

I can login, but when I attempt to go the Hosting Control Panel it gives me the error:

Alright can you grab you public ipv4 ip and message me privately. I want to see if it matches up with our system. Make sure your not using any vpn/proxy service.

From what i can tell no block is on that ip, do you have a router that might have a security configuration that could be blocking you and are you able to access you panel from another browser/device?

I have a pretty basic router and there has been no configuration changes recently. I've tried different browsers and devices, but with the same result. I can login using my phone as long as I am not on my home network.

Sometimes the account panel link to hosting control panel wonders.
  • Try to logout of the x10 panel and clear your history/cache.
  • login directly to DA hosting control panel: https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/
  • You can also add ":2222" to the end of your domain: tbint.us:2222
  • Use the service username (8 characters) and your password.
