ip blocked...can it be unblocked please

So, after speaking with a few people on the forum, it looks like my IP is blocked for some unknown reason...other than I might have had too many failed log in attempts.

I'd like to request my IP to be unblocked.

If my account was still one of the accounts being transferred...would others be able to view it? The reason I asked is because I've spoke with others on the forum and they all confirm that they are able to see my site. It's odd that they can see it, but not me. I'd like for someone to just check to see if my IP is blocked and to correct the issue.
