IP Blocked to view Stoli

Hey X10, I know my site is online...but here is the problem. My IP address is blocked..and my entire region Ames, IA. Anyone with an IP starting with 64.xxx.xxx.xxx cannot view the content of Stoli. These IP's do not change as its under a University's Network. So what can I do besides using a IP hider website to view my website? Can something be changed on your end to allow people in my area to view the X10 website again? (For Example: could I be mover to another server? Change web host plans to a paid plans or ad-free plan?)

For the past 2 weeks I cannot:
Log in to FTP
Login to Cpanal
View my website

The IP you used to post that message isn't blocked at all. What happens when you ping your site?

I recieve "Request Times Out" and a 100% loss

I changed the IP of your site. For some reason we're having an issue with a single IP not being accessible by a lot of people.

Changing the IP will cause DNS propagation, please post back in 24 hours if you still can not access it.
