If that is true [my ip is not blocked], please explain why I can not access my FTP account nor my URL from my computers, but I can access my URL from computers outside my home?
I would understand if I only couldn't access my FTP account and I did have access to my URL [www.greenmonkeystudio.pcriot.com], but that is not the case.
Please verify that my IP is not blocked. I do a ping to both URL and IP address and they are not connecting. I would appreciate some proof that it is not blocked. It's been almost two weeks now. Thank you.
