IP blocked?

Hello,
I can't access my control panel & FTP since yesterday. I was in the middle of editing a file when my FTP client stopped responding.

I looked in the forum and saw some old topics where I read about 24h IP blocks/bans. I suspect my IP also got blocked (no idea why). I think this happened before, but I thought it was a server issue. It's been over 24h now, so I decided to create this post.

I can visit my site and x10hosting (sub)domains like x12.x10hosting.com, x13, x14, etc.

I cannot connect to my FTP client or visit the control panel on x11.x10hosting.com (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED).
I am able to access them using a VPN.


Can this be checked please,

Update:
I can access FTP & Control Panel now (without VPN).
The restriction lasted for approx. 44 hours.

Hi,
Everything's working fine now; no errors.

Update:
I can access FTP & Control Panel now (without VPN).

The issue was solved after ≈ 2 days.

Looks like quite a few people are experiencing the same problem recently.

you should have started a new post instead of using someone elses.
as support dont often re-visit answered posts.
but are you seeing an error code or something ? I can see your site ok.

It all started two days ago when I tried to enter phpmyadmin and the page did not load completely and I updated the page several times and since it did not load completely I left and re-entered and could no longer enter the control panel and neither the page from my ip but when he opens it from a vpn I can enter
