There's this crazy new website that lets you search the internet. I think it's called something crazy like Google. How silly is that. Anyways, here's what Google (lol at the name) came up with:

iOS SDK 4.1

Registered Apple Developers can download iOS SDK 4.1, which includes the Xcode IDE, iOS Simulator, and a suite of additional tools for developing apps for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

iOS SDK is Mac OS X only, though.

It also violates the Apple Developer ToS to run a third party simulator, I believe (or it was a while back)
