There appears to be an error with the database.

Firstly have you been adding modifications to your IPB that involve you editing PHP and SQL files?

You also need to add in the remote mysql section of your cpanel this line

%.x10hosting.com

Kraze pm me your configuration.php file from your public_html folder. That is if you are using php. I need to see how it is set up. Just make sure you PM it with the "
Code:
" tags.

You had many things bad:
-You didn't changed localhost for mysql.x10hosting.com
-You hadn't added "%.x10hosting.com" to your remote MySQL.
-You didn't gave the MySQL user permissions to access the database.

I've fixed this for you and your account is now working.
