I have two forums on this, one SMF and one IPB.
They worked completely normal until last night.
First account was suspended (my fault) and after restoring SMF forum works and IPB don't

I changed localhost to mysql.x10hosting.com couple days ago, so that is not the problem.
Also my PHP admin is loading incredibly slow.
Third problem is because I cannot delete database.
How to solve this problem, pls?
