IRC service not working?

For the last two or three days I have gone to the support page "http://irc.x10hosting.com/?q=webgateway" and click on “Confirm - I agree to abide by the rules” witch it brings me to "http://sharkyonline.co.cc/go/1q4kkg" a link that does not work. The reason why I am needing help because for the last two or three days I have been getting this error “Error establishing a database connection” witch I maybe thought that you are having some issue and it will be fixed soon and for good, but apparently not anyway I am wondering what is being down to resolve the issue regards to database connection.

(I know .co.cc does not work, because they closed down.)

And to answer your other question, the package I had set up before (a wiki powered by DokuWiki) was working great but then for no reason besides being updated refused access to any of the pages including the administrative stuff. I've tried to keep the layout and links the same so that the transition is easier.

A lesson for us all: backing up is important.

To reiterate the important part of this post: The site now once again provides access to the web chat facility.
