I wanted to set up a fake store and auction on my website. I want to set it up primarily for my use only. I want to experiment around with the store and auction primarily for my use only. I can edit the pages and put something in huge font that says "This fake store/fake auction is just for entertainment purposes only. Do input personal information into this fake store/fake auction. Make something up like ex. 303 Wayne Enterprises, Gotham City for an address. Do not post credit card information on this website. People who post credit card information on this website will be banned."

If it looks too realistic, the answer is no, as it would be masquerading as a legitimate entity and thus be classified as phishing, as phishing doesn't actually require you to be stealing passwords.

My advice? If you're just looking to mess around, install WAMP or XAMPP and run said auction locally to experiment with. WAMP/XAMPP are private testing environments only accessible (by default at least) from the system they're being ran on.
