Is a second free acount allowed?

hi ya guys
im after a bit of info that i cant seem to find in the tos of the x10 hosting site
maybe its there and im reading it wrong ?
basicaly i run a scouting website based here in the uk for a group but would like a site of my own?
is this allowed ? i thought i would ask as the last thing i would want is to be suspended because i had broken a terms of service?
any info would be great

Hello,

Just a bit from the Terms of Service:

Each individual is allowed ONE account only.

One account per person is allowed. That means that if you already run one account, you can't have another.
