Is Chopin down? Can't access my website at all

Before i could access my website and cPanel - though it was extremely slow and cPanel never 100% loaded (just for a few hours earlier).

And now I can't connect at all to either

Is Chopin restarting or crashed?

Ok it appears to be back up now. But still can't access my cPanel

EDIT:
Working. Taking forever to load though
