Is Cossacks alive?

I have been checking for the last few days, but my site (and CPanel login and http://cossacks.x10hosting.com itself) is not available. Have details changed that I have missed as the last status message (four days ago) says "for the most part everything should be there"?

Please advise.

Cossacks accounts moved to fris server.

Try http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082 for cpanel

Ah, now I see the intended meaning of those status messages. I had thought that Cossacks was being moved to new hardware but would retain its name. The ambiguity of the term 'server' I suppose!

Anyway, I have changed my DNS and can see my site. I cannot login to CPanel though (just get the "failed login" message so I changed the password at https://x10hosting.com/control/ but that was an hour ago and the status is still:

action status: Process wait
information: Update to your hosting account password.

Any idea how long this takes to trickle through?

Since Fris is having maintenance done, it could take some time.

Is the maintenance still going on? I know that the last message said it was, but that was on Tuesday.

Http and ftp are fine, but my CPanel password change is still pending. Is there anyway to change it using the ftp access?
