Is cossacks down?

Hi guys cant seem to get on to my site is Cossacks server down? I just fiddled with my domain name but changed it back to how it used to be, could this be why as well?

Cossacks is currently online and I am able to access your site through http://brokenfor.x10hosting.com/. Is this still an issue?
