He is NOT alive, (his body isn't) but i think his spirit will be here forever, as long as someone remembers him.
But i guess not only one people will remember him, but VERRY VERRY MUCH people will remember him. So his spirit will be here almost forever.

He's definitly dead. There haven't even been slight signs that he's alive. Take Tupac for example, he's had singles released that they say are old tracks never released. At least there you can have a basis for a theory/conspiracy. Elvis hasn't been seen or heard. He's dead.
