Is GD enabled?

I'm trying to install a wordpress directory for my biology website. The directory is called WP Link Directory and to use it, you need GD enabled to get captcha working. I tried check if gd was working but didn't say anywhere on

How do I get GD?

This is the error in my WP Admin for the directory:

That error has nothing to do with GD.
The problem is the funtion fetch_rss() was already called upon once on the page and is being called upon again.
