I would like to know does playing a music on my website is allowed if the music is hosted on a completely different hosting and country? And does providing cheats/trainers for video games is allowed in here?

You must legally own the music files to play them. (If they are copyrighted, you must own the copyright)

As long as you are not teaching others to hack the games, yes.

So does that means I can host on my website: cheats/trainers/nocd's right?
But can't teach them how to create a trainer, find cheats in the game or crack the game client to create a nocd...oki thanks!
