Is it intentional?

Is it intentional that apache gets rebooted 20 times each day? Are free hosting ad-enhanced customers not appreciated enough in this hosting service and you are looking for them to just get another hosting? I can't start imagining how paid services could be any better than the web-enhanced one. I understand each hit gives you revenew, so what's the deal with the 20 apache reboots a day?

I will say this as politely i can. The reason stoli is doing what it's doing is to remove all unused accounts. Once these accounts are removed the server will be back to stable.

So saying "Are free hosting ad-enhanced customers not appreciated enough in this hosting service and you are looking for them to just get another hosting?" Is a little over the top. Then again you are entitled to your opinion.

I ask that you be patient as we stabilize the server.

You are not real familiar with our operations, are you? Our Paid hosting is on separate servers, with less users, less problems. So there is quite a difference between "Web-Enhanced" ones and the Paid one.

I understand that my frustrations led me to write an out of the subject line like that but frustrations are always backed up with facts. If I feel this way is because I really got annoyed with something and that something is the apache going down every now and then.

I apologize for my out of the line comment but maybe there can be a solution for this other than rebooting. If all virtual spaces are stored in the ini file and removing one line from there couse you to reboot apache constantly, is there a way or an application out there that would let you modify the configuration file and then load to memmoy the new version without stopping the service at all? Someone must have come with a solution for that already out there.
Edit:
typos all over... web-ehanced = ad-enhanced...
Edit:
No, I am not very familiar. I've been here for just a few months and I haven't had the time to read ALL of the forums and messages out there yet.

Maybe this would help?

#/etc/init.d/apache2 graceful

This will gracefully restart your Apache with new configuration without affecting your client’s connections.

I forgot if you had apache 2...
