Yes; the restriction on shoutbox/chatboxes was removed some time ago, so it's just fine.

One thing to note though is Livezilla and other live-support-chat systems may be a bit heavy on resources; if you see Resource Limit Hit! pop up, it does go away within an hour, but you may want to change software if that comes up.
