is it posible to configure remote database server like mysql through my ip?

all content of my web-files will be hosted here but im going to host the sql database. is this possible in x10hosting, and if yes how to configure.

For security reasons the remote mysql is disabled on free accounts. Connecting to x10 or connecting from x10 to outside mysql is prohibited.
