Is it possible for the SOAP extension to be enabled?

I am currently creating a website for a library which will use the Joomla Extension BookLibrary Pro. This requires SOAP, and without it the component will not function correctly. For example, I cannot add new book categories, which in turn means I cannot add new books. This is a vital service of the website and would be pointless without it. I uploaded a phpinfo script to my account to ensure it wasn't enabled and it wasn't.

I also tried opening a ticket but go no response.

I'm on the Lotus server and I am on PHP v2.

You've already opened a ticket, I'm afraid you'll just have to wait for that ticket to be answered. As you may or may not know x10 has just finished changing their backend system and this has caused people to put in a lot of tickets which will need to be got through.
