Is it possible to add an additional user to cpanel?

Hi does anyone know if it is possible to add an additional user to cpanel to allow access to my cpanel by another person using different credentials? Not talking about wordpress here, or ftp, just access to the site administration or sitebuilder?

The account holder is responsible for all hosted material on the account and any actions performed by the account due to material hosted on it. Fair enough I guess, I see we are only entitled to a single account which answers my question thanks.
I simply wanted to set up access for an associate to help me with developing the website. I was trying to avoid giving her my login details and wanted to set up a second user and password on the account to allow her to edit the website. Thanks for the answer bdistler I'll use the ftp option
