Is it allowed to do Multiuser Blog hosting in the adfree setup?

If its possible what kind of address i can give to users


can i give like blogname.websoul.in


or i ned to give websoul.in/blogname

am prefereing first one bcse its commonly used. and if its possible please instruct how to allow automatic subdomain creation
