Is it possible to enable these ports?

I know that x10Hosting used to allow ports to be open upon request. Since when was it not allowed? Have things changed around here?

We cannot open ports for individual users, and opening additional ports for everyone opens the servers up for more abuse, in addition to the time and administrative headache it would take to go through potentially hundreds of these requests and keep track of which ones were accepted. Many things have changed since x10's inception, and this appears to have been one of these things.
