Is it possible to switch from Chopin to Starka?

My server is just horrible. It's always slow, people can never connect to the site and when they finally do connect to the site, it takes forever for pages to load, and it's just horrible.. try for yourself: http://shady-scape.pcriot.com/smf Is there ANY way I can switch hosts from chopin to starka?

...Unless the admin will re-create the user profile by personal touch or by some handy script. Which is certainly not a normal practice for x10hosting, and have never been. So the best way for an end user to switch a host is to delete the current account and create a new account. There is a chance another host will be assigned. But please note the account termination is automated, even for those breaking the hosting rules. Deletion is not instant. Most likely the actual cluster change do not worth the trouble because i'm sure the account software do share the load automatically.
