Negative, because Premium doesn't allow proxies either. We cannot reinstate access to the account for -any- reason - you've been informed of this four times now, including this post.
Permanent means "cannot revert to the previous state" - this means we cannot put you back on unsuspended. The issue is pretty much closed on this; even with it being the holidays, we EXPLICITLY state that proxies are not allowed for any reason in the TOS.
Closing ticket once and for all; the issue is resolved, although not in the manner you want. There's no real point keeping it open at this point.
