Well my account was recently suspended for something I haven't done. I share my account details with another person (Apart of my development team), and apparently I was suspended for sending mass emails which none of us did. But now my account is suspended, I cannot access my files. Would it be possible for me to access my files so I can download them. They are important and I need them quick.

There should be a method via the Account Panel to appeal the suspension.

The dispute for this particular site was already opened and denied because you're missing two key points - 1, the account was only alive for two days, giving us no history to base the activity off of. We can't confirm it as a hack or exploit without sufficient history to work with. Arguably more important is 2, the highly illegal RuneScape private server client on the account.

The dispute decision is still final as we cannot allow the copyright infringing material to go live again, regardless of the mass-email spamming that was occurring. As such, I am closing this thread since there is no way to restore the account to working order.
