I can log into the control site for my account, but I can't log in to either cPanel or FTP and my site is down? Is my account suspended or is the server down? I can't even bring up the webpage https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/

First thing, trying clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS and see if that helps. I was able to access your cpanel login with no problems.

I am able to access your cPanel login page fine. The server isn't down. Follow the instructions provided by carl6969 provided.
