Is my account suspended?

Hi,

I am able to login to the forum just fine, but when I login at http://x10hosting.com/login.php?, it gives me this error msg:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy.

If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again.

I do wish that the reason for suspension (if it indeed was a suspension) was given. Any way that I can verify this?

As per your information I think your hosting account is terminated. Most probably for the inactivity it might have suspended and then terminated as you didn't claimed in time.

You can re register for the hosting account using current forum account.

If you want what exactly happened to your account post here your cpanel username. the staff will confirm it.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried to follow the instructions in http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/64458-f-q-frequently-asked-questions-3.html#post521779, specifically:

To unsuspend your account please do the following: 1. Go to the Account Panel page located here. 2. Click View Suspension Report 3. Click Unsuspend Now.

Problem is, I don't see anything resembling "View Suspension Report". I just see the error message as I have pasted above.

Your problem is not suspension. There is no account linked to your forum account. That means you don't have account means there is no question of suspension or unsuspension.

You don't seem to have an account anymore. What was your cPanel username?
