Win ME is a worse o/s then 98 SE. I would take 98 SE over me anyday. 98 is just that much more stable.

Thats an understatement. ME was the biggest load of crap that Microsoft ever pushed onto the public. It crashed like crazy. Didn't do half of what they promised and just generaly stunk the place up. Also Virtual Memory is just space on your hardrive that windows uses like memory. There is a setting you can adjust to get more or less. At 5GB I'd actually think you were slowing things down a bit. Wow I forget how "advanced" my computer is. Its a year old and I'm looking at upgrades for it. Here are my specs.

I do believe Sempron has a bigger front side bus making it just a bit faster. I dont think you`d really notice it. Correct me if I`m wrong on this anyone. :coolugh:

I don't get the difference between Sempron and Athlon...speed issues?
