Is my site title showing up properly?

On my site, I've got the title in white letters on a blue and white background. I'm seeing the title perfectly clearly myself, but someone else said it was hard to read. Just trying to get a sense of what percentage of users have trouble with it.

The text is white on a partially white background. That does not look right at all. Maybe go for the color of the sky for the text...or a greyish from the mountains. Some color that makes the text stand out. Just my opinion though.

I couldn't manage to make any other color stand out more. But I've now added a text shadow, which I hope helps!
