Is my website always online?

Good day! I wanna ask a question regarding my website.

I am using it as a server for an android application I am developing. I noticed that I need to visit first the web and login to my x10hosting account so that I can fetch the data on the database.

Is there a way to make my server online without logging in to my account?

That's got to be a config issue of some kind, likely permissions. I'm using X10 to host a Web app and users don't need to log in to access user database data unless they want to change their own user-specific data.
