I.e., if your site is www.abc.com/

if putting abc.com/ into the thing, will it work? I heard this has to deal with the host

This should work, does it not work on your site?

your site should come up if you just type in abc.com because most web browsers will automatically add in either www. or http:// in front of the url. also just typing http:// should work but some have been saying that www.abc.com wont work for them but every other way does.

THat's cause you don't have a cname / alias pointing that out.

If we don't host the DNS there isn't much we can do to help. Try contacting your registrar.

How do you have your domain pointed to x10? It is most likely the issue.

I found the problem, your root domain was entered in as www.project-tideas.com, it should have been project-tideas.com without the www. The www alias gets added on automatically, so it had www.www.project-tideas.com for a bunch of entries.

It should be fixed now, you might have to flush your DNS and clear your temp files\cache.

Thanks Corey. How do I flush my DNS?

It's working now. You are the man!
