Is Server Boru Down?

I recently visited my website and my browser can't connect to it.

I try opening up the cPanel of my website's server which is Boru and says it can't connect to it?

Is server boru down?

The server alerts doesn't say anything or even in my x10hosting free account panel

Your site is loading fine for me.Flush your DNS and try

i try flushing the dns but still, i can't connect.

i tried up boru.x10hosting.com:2083 and boru.x10hosting.com:2082

still nothing loads...
I also tried up other browsers but same problem...

Are both of from Same ISP

the laptop is from a wireless ISP
