Is the server always down or slow?

Hi,

I'm always having problems it works for 4 minutes and then is slow or the server is down is going to be like this for ever? :S

We've been having problems the last few weeks, but ultimatly the server is almost always up. Although it has been a little slow, but up. I don't know why you're experimenting so many server downs, it could be your site.
Adn no, it is not gonna be like this forever, that's why the timer was installed, to eliminate all those accounts that have been inactive for two weeks, so that the server cleans up itself, and all this problems stop.
