Is the server ok now?

last night, i've experienced a very slow flow with my site.. but I think everything is fine right now.. the Server Load last night reached to 90+ I can't really imagine how slow is that.. hope everything is fine right now.

may i know the main reason behind it?

The probable main reason is: x10's Free hosting services process up to 500 new accounts daily and they terminate between 200-400 inactive accounts, therefore the amount of accounts hosted on a server is always increasing, being there so many accounts, things are bound to get slow every so often.
