Is the support chat down?

I've foudn the support chat very useful in the past. My attempts to login to it for the past couple of weeks have failed. Is it down? Or perhaps something on my end?

If you mean the IRC, try connecting using another client like Mibbit:

Server: irc.x10hosting.com
Channel: #x10hosting

I have login issues with the flash client.

Otherwise, I don't believe free hosting has a support chat beyond IRC.
