Is there a minimum plan I can buy to keep current status

I have had a x10hosting site for many years. I use it for simple testing of private software. I sometimes take trips for several months and am away from the internet for that whole time. I have often had my account suspended and once had it all deleted.
Is there a minimum priced plan that would allow me to keep my site until I want to end it?

I see an offer in Services/Upgrades: Starter for $11.95 per year.
Do you know if that removes the requirement that I log on my account at least once a month?

when you get the premium (paid services) that will remove the need for the 30 day login.
plus you get access to cpanel and the support ticket system.
where the free accounts only have the forums and discord service for support.

We have no current plans to raise the rate of the $11.95/ plan at this time. Our plan is for it to always be this price as long as the market allows.
