I can't access the Cpanel, I think it was dumb idea. I'm using a public computer and the port specified is block. I don't have a computer of my own or could afford one at this time. Is there a other way to access cpanel???

Nope. Unless you try through a proxy. But if the ports are blocked at the computer terminal you are using ... you may have to consider using FTP.

You're missing out on more than I can list :)

Stat programs, file managers, logs, FTP administration, mail administration...

There is a lot.

both c-panel and FTP is blocked :ugh:

is it possible to have an alternate port (while keeping 2082 and 21) for c-panel or FTP?

I'm not sure, I don't think it would be worth the resources to run another cPanel service listening 24/7 for just a few people though, sorry.
