Is there a possibility of having my account reactivated?

Hi,

I am currently unable to access my account's cPanel. I last logged in in January (I think, but it could have been December) when I saw the message Corey posted "cPanel Migration to DirectAdmin" (https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/cpanel-migration-to-directadmin.206877/). When I checked in about having to log in again in early February, I saw the message was still up and didn't bother actually logging in again because, as he said in the above thread: "Inactivity suspensions will not be imposed until the migration is completed as we do expect interruptions to your ability to login the backend during this time."

I took this to mean there would be something posted when all was done, but the only thing I really saw was on Feb 20... I seem to have missed my window to log in without suspension of my account....

Could I bother someone to reactivate my account?

Cheers!

Accounts were not suspended or deleted, but your last login is used to calculate the inactivity date. Your last login was in January, and is over the 30 days. You seem to know what's going on, but just the standard warning:

Please be advised that your account was correctly deleted because it was suspended for inactivity after 30 days and then not re-activated. E-mail was not sent out about this occurrence, so as a courtesy your account will be restored this one time only. You must log in every 30 days when using x10Hosting free (but the other services do not have this restriction).

@Anna can you please see if this account is eligible for being restored during this one-time exception?

While inactivity suspensions would not be automatically imposed, the requirement to login to the account still remain the same even during maintenance periods. You should always assume you need to follow ToS.

I have restored the account. Let me know if something is not working right.
