Works now.
Apparently there was a problem which require the databases be restored on three free servers. It appears the staff is in the process of restoring and adding our names to the database so we can access the cPanel.bigam said:Great news, jplayer. Unfortunately, the rest of us can't share in your joy, as we are still stuck with no access, and no responses whatsoever from x10 support.
I've reported my site 10 ways to Sunday (which is on the absolut server- the source of these problems, I believe), and can't even get an acknowledgement that they have received my complaint.

The problem is NOT at x10Hosting's end. I don't know what it's going to take to convince you of that. I'm in Canada; others who have answered here and in other threads are in the US. Try doing a trace route to your site to see where it fails.
If you're running Windows, open a command prompt -- it'll be in Accessories -- and type tracert <your url here>. Don't use the "http://" part, just "tracert bigam.x10.mx" and hit Return. Something between you and the x10 servers is stopping your request, and there's no way to find out what it might be from this end.
