I'm having problems too. My site is hosted on the Absolut server.
I can't access my site http://www.eatwhere.tk and Cpanel. It always returns a time out message for both.
But when I use my smartphone and my neighbour's wifi (a different ISP) I see my site.

At domain [ eatwhere.tk ] on the Internet I see "Don't know where to eat? Answer the 7 questions below:"

I read on another forum that a hosting service can block IP addresses? Just wondering if maybe X10 hosting has blocked some IP addresses? Hence the reason a proxy server works? Just want to eliminate some possible causes.

No, it's not x10Hosting blocking things, it's (apparently) AT&T. The proxy works because AT&T (or whichever ISP is doing the blocking) doesn't see your request to x10Hosting servers, it only sees the request to the proxy server. Again, folks, the problem is NOT at x10Hosting -- talk to your ISP and DEMAND to know why they are blocking your website. Since you are their customers, they might listen to you.
